Terms & Conditions
1. Quotes
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. A 10% deposit is required to confirm bookings over AUD $1000.
Quotes cover only the services and items listed. Any additional work will be quoted separately and approved before proceeding.
Full payment is due immediately after completion of work, unless arranged otherwise, prior to job commencing
2. Travel Fees
Additional travel charges may apply for changes to the agreed service location.
Additional travel charges may apply for providing the incorrect address. We require the address where the vehicle is located.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and accessible working conditions and access to equipment. Delays due to access issues may result in additional charges.
3. Scheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Short-notice cancellations may incur fees, including loss of deposit.
Professional Golf Cart Solutions reserves the right to reschedule services in the event of adverse or unsafe working conditions.
4. Parts & Materials
All parts and materials are as specified in the quote.
Substitutions may occur, but will be communicated and approved in advance.
Manufacturer warranties apply to parts where relevant.
5. Lithium Batteries
Work on lithium batteries is carried out according to manufacturer and safety guidelines.
Customers acknowledge that lithium batteries can be hazardous if misused, mishandled, or improperly stored.
Professional Golf Cart Solutions is not liable for damage, injury, or fire caused by misuse, external factors, or pre-existing faults.
Customers should not attempt to service lithium batteries themselves
6. Disposal of Parts & Batteries
Professional Golf Cart Solutions will take full responsibility of disposing of replaced parts and batteries unless a request is made to keep them.
Due to environmental and fire risks, disposal of lithium batteries is the client’s responsibility, unless specifically quoted as a removal fee.
7.. Liability & Disclaimer
Work is performed with reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Any advice regarding equipment use or modifications is given in good faith; the customer assumes responsibility for following it.
All vehicles, including any upgrades, servicing, or repairs provided by Professional Golf Cart Solutions, are intended for off-road use only. The customer assumes all responsibility for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations regarding vehicle operation.
8. Photo & Media Consent
Professional Golf Cart Solutions may take photos of your equipment while performing services for record-keeping and maintenance logs.
These photos are used solely for service records, quality control, and internal documentation.
By accepting our quote or booking, you consent to the use of photos for the above purposes.
We will not share or publish photos publicly without your consent.
9. Privacy & Contact
Customer information (name, email, phone, address) is collected and used solely for the purpose of providing services, sending invoices/quotes, and contacting you regarding your bookings.
We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
By accepting our quote or booking, you consent to the use of your contact information for service-related communications.
10. Questions & Dispute Resolution
If any issues or questions arise, please contact us promptly.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and efficiently.
